Article 1. Definitions
Company
Masters Team Limited liability company with its registered office at ul. Bałtycka 55c, 40-788 Katowice, registered under NIP number 634 297 19 74 and KRS number 0000821900 in the National Court Register.

Seller
User taking action in the field of selling beer recipes on the MrBrewer platform

Buyer
A user taking action to buy beer production recipes posted on the MrBrewer website.

Recipe
A recipe for making beer with specific parameters with a detailed description of the execution posted on the MrBrewer platform

Transactions
The procedure for concluding and performing purchase and sale agreements between users of masterbrewer.pl using the Przelewy24 payment gateway

Account
The MrBrewer Account is a space in the computer system that provides the Account user with information and the ability to perform operations.

Article 2. Terms of participation in MrBrewer

2.1 Users may be natural persons who are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity, legal persons and organizational units without legal personality, but able to acquire rights and incur liabilities on their own behalf. If national regulations provide for reaching the age of majority at a different age, national regulations apply in this respect.

2.2 Natural or legal persons register by completing the appropriate form, the Company reserves the right to request additional documents confirming the identity of persons registering on the MrBrewer website, which should be in Polish or English. Information on additional documents that the entities indicated in the previous sentence will be required to send will be included in the e-mail sent by the Company after the User has completed the registration form.

2.3 In the process of completing the registration form, the registered entity provides the required data, and after completing the registration form, depending on the method of Registration and the type of data provided, a message will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration form, indicating how to confirm the Registration and other information required by law. The registered entity may confirm the Registration using the available Registration confirmation mechanisms.

Registration is not tantamount to concluding a contract between the registered entity and the Company

2.4 The User, as the payer ordering a payment transaction, confirms that by accepting the Regulations, he authorizes the payment service operator involved in the execution of this transaction to transfer the payer's data accompanying such a transaction to the Company. Changing the User's country of residence or registered office, Transaction currency or language to MrBrewer may affect the availability of offers, services, functionalities and options of the services provided.

2.5 During Registration and subsequent use of MrBrewer, the User is obliged to provide the required and true data and information and submit - if applicable - truthful statements.

It is forbidden for the User to delete the data contained in the Account settings after the User has completed the Registration. In order to remove the telephone number, it is necessary to contact the Company using the available contact channels referred to in the Regulations.

2.6 The User gains access to the Account at MrBrewer (login) after providing: login and password. The use of automated solutions, in particular software that causes logging in, is at the risk of the User using such software.

2.7 The User may register more than one Account, provided that a different e-mail address is assigned to each of them. The User may not use the Accounts to perform activities that constitute a violation of the provisions of the Regulations.

2.8 The User may not use the Accounts of other Users and make the Account available to other persons. The User is obliged to protect access to the login and password to his Account at MrBrewer. The Company is not responsible for the consequences of the User's failure to exercise due diligence in protecting access to the login and password of the Account User at MrBrewer.

2.9 If the Account or the User's activity within MrBrewer requires additional verification of the data referred to in art. 2.1. or 2.2, or if the Company has reasonable concerns as to the security of the Account or Transactions, in particular regarding unauthorized takeover of the Account by another person, or in the event of a breach of the Regulations
